Sarah Bucko

Bucko_picI am from North Carolina and have lived in Fort Collins for 12 years. I have a degree in Wildlife Science from North Carolina State University and one in Horticulture from Colorado State University. In 2006 I went back to school yet again to get my teaching license from CSU. I have been teaching science at Loveland High School ever since. In 2010 I decided to pursue a master’s degree in Educational Technology because, aside from teaching, technology and new innovations have become an interest of mine. Outside of school, I am married and have a dog and a cat. I enjoy doing most things outside like telemark skiing, camping, and hiking. I also enjoy running and working out to clear my head on regular basis. During the summer I like to read as many books as I can fit in my schedule. I also really enjoy gardening; I like to grow my own vegetables and be rewarded with yummy food for all my work in the garden. Cooking is a passion of mine as well and I only wish I had more time during the school year to do it. Overall, I enjoy staying busy.
