Logan graduated from Carroll College in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Biology for Secondary Education and minors in both chemistry and physics. He recently received his Masters of Science in Science Education degree from Montana State University. Logan taught 7-12 science in Philipsburg, MT for the first five years of his career, and is currently teaching biology and earth science at Capital High School in Helena, MT. He is looking forward to developing relevant and place-based lessons related to pine beetle ecology and biofuel generation, and to learning from other professors and teachers involved in the project. In his free time Logan enjoys sports, hunting, fishing, snowboarding, and just about anything else that gets him outside.
